Change or remove associations

With the service, you can change or delete existing associations between an individual or entity and a company.

To change or remove your company association, prepare:

  • login and password for the portal,
  • IDSISC number or NIP of the company,
  • IDSISC number, name of the individual or IDSISC and name of the legal entity,
  • authorisation - unless:
    • you are the owner or a person authorised to represent the company independently or
    • you have previously submitted an authorisation when registering the company or if the scope of the application exceeds the authorisation submitted so far,
    • you have an authorisation registered in the PUESC (prepare its number),
  • proof of payment of stamp duty on the submitted authorisation, if required,
  • if the authorisation is from a foreign entity, documents from which the right to represent the entity by the person who signed the authorisation arises (if not submitted during entity registration),
  • electronic signature (customs certificate, qualified signature or trusted profile). You must sign the application before sending it.

STEP 0

  1. Log in to the PUESC.
  2. Select the context of the company for which you want to change or delete the association:
  • select in the first association the company for which you want to change or delete the association.

If you are an employee of a customs agency:

  • select in the first association the customs agency with which you are associated,
  • select in the second association the company with which your customs agency is associated, for which you want to change or delete the association.

STEP 1

Fill in the application

  1. Select application form WPE0001 Registration update of company representation [SZPROT].
  2. Complete the form.
    Make use of the prompts assigned to some of the form fields - you will find them by clicking on the "i" icon (button).

NOTE! If you CHANGE your association and are representing the entity under an authorisation, attach to the application a scan of the paper authorisation or an electronically signed authorisation by the principal and, if required, proof of payment of stamp duty. Check how to deliver the original authorisation together with the stamp duty to the Chamber of Tax Administration in Poznań in the section What you should know.

NOTE! If you DELETE a association, indicate in the application the date on which the association is to be removed. The association will cease to be binding on the date you indicate. To do this, you must uncheck on the application that the representation is indefinite and fill in the field "End date".

You can do this in three ways:

  1. with a qualified electronic signature,
  2. with an advanced electronic signature verified with a customs certificate,
  3. with a trusted signature using a trusted profile.

STEP 4

Receive an UPO

  1. Go to tab
    My Desktop | My cases and documents | Documents
    and check whether you have received a UPO (Official Receipt with Acceptance for Processing).
    The UPO confirms that you have submitted your application electronically.
    NOTE! The request you send will be verified in the system. This may take a few days.
  2. You can view the submitted application under
    My Desktop | My cases and documents | Documents
    it will have the status "In progress" until it is completed.

STEP 5

Receive Confirmation of updated representation or confirmation of deactivation of representation

Go to the tab:

My Desktop | My cases and documents | Documents

There you will find information about the resolution of the case:

  • Confirmation of update of representation or
  • Confirmation of deactivation of representation.

Read it - highlight it and select "View document" and then the "View attachments" tab.

NOTE! You will only receive the confirmation once the case handler has completed the handling of the application.

Note! If the application cannot be processed by the case handler, a document entitled "Notification of deficiencies to be corrected" will appear in My Desktop | My Cases and Documents | Documents. Read it - highlight it and select "Preview Document" and then the "Preview Attachments" tab. Provide the missing documents as stated in the letter.

The case will be completed once the deficiencies in the application have been remedied.

This service is only available electronically.

It is used to change an existing association or remove a association of an individual or entity to a company.

The association data can be changed or deleted by a person who is:

  • the owner or
  • has the right to register, update and deactivate a representation or
  • has the right to represent the company or
  • wishes to remove his/her association to the company.

You change your association when:

  • the scope of your authorisation has changed, e.g. your authority has been added or removed,
  • the validity of your authorisation has changed, e.g. it is still time-limited, but the validity has been extended or shortened,
  • you have received as a legal entity another authorisation with a different type of representation, e.g. you have an indirect authorisation registered and you have received a direct authorisation from an entity and you want to register it.

Once you have registered the new authorisation, you can perform additional activities for the company with which you are associated.

You remove the association when:

  • you are no longer an employee of the company,
  • you no longer carry out tasks as part of your business activities,
  • the company has withdrawn its authorisation for you,
  • the company has withdrawn its authorisation for the entity you work for, e.g. the company has withdrawn its authorisation for the customs agency,
  • you have fired an employee and do not want him/her to have access to your entity's data, messages, cases and documents on the PUESC,
  • you have terminated the contract of the customs agency and do not want the agency's employees to have access to your company's data, messages, cases and documents on the PUESC,
  • you have terminated your cooperation with the company and no longer want to be associated with it.

You will have less access to the services in the association with that company after deleting the authorisation. After deleting the association, you will no longer have access to this company's data, cases, documents or messages.

This company will no longer appear in your list of associated companies.

If you are authorised

If you are changing the details of an entity and you are acting as a person who has been authorised, you must attach to the application a scan of the authorisation showing the scope of your authority and a scan of the stamp duty receipt. This does not apply to persons authorised to represent the entity by law, e.g. the owner, sole proxy, chairman of the management board or member of the management board authorised to represent themselves in the KRS.

If an authorisation is required, submit the original of the power of attorney together with proof of payment of stamp duty to the Chamber of Tax Administration in Poznań.

You can do this by:

  • submitting an electronic power of attorney , electronically signed by the principal or electronically authenticated by a solicitor, legal adviser, tax adviser, notary public or by a person authorised by a trader holding an AEO or customs simplification permit, using the Manage Cases and Documents service,
  • sending an electronic power of attorney, electronically signed by the principal or electronically certified by a lawyer, legal adviser, tax adviser, notary public or by a person authorised by the economic operator holding an AEO authorisation or customs simplifications, to:

  • submitting the document to the customs branch, customs and revenue office or customs and revenue office delegation,
  • sending documents by post to the following address:

The service is free of charge.

If you are a proxy, you must pay stamp duty on the submitted power of attorney in the amount of PLN 17 payable to the account:

The fee is paid only once. However, if you change the scope of authority on the basis of a new authorisation, you will have to pay the stamp duty again.
