Customs authorizations - origin

At the request of the exporter or sender of goods, certificates of origin for goods exported from the territory of the country are issued by customs authorities, unless ratified international agreements provide otherwise.

From January 1, 2024, you can submit an application on PUESC and obtain a BIP decision (Binding Information on Origin). Submitting applications for WIP decisions is only possible in electronic form. Find out more and use the service:
