Delete company data from the PUESC portal

With the service, you will delete company data from PUESC, which means:

  • that the company will not be visible on PUESC,
  • all its connections will be removed,
  • if the company had an EORI number obtained in Poland, you deactivate it,
  • if the company was registered with the CRPA, you will deregister it with the CRPA.

Deleting company data from PUESC will not delete its data that was previously transferred to tax and customs systems.

To delete company data, prepare:

  • login and password for the portal,
  • company ID SISC number,
  • electronic signature (customs certificate, qualified signature or trusted profile).

You must sign the application before sending it.

PRELIMINARY STEP

  1. Create an account on PUESC - if you have not already done so.
Note! Select "EXTENDED SCOPE OF RIGHTS”.
Sign the registration application. If you send an unsigned application, you will have to confirm your identity in person.
  1. The data of a company can be deleted by a person authorised to represent. The application is available after logging in as an individual.

If you are associated with a company and have the extended right Updating entity data, this will speed up the processing of the application.

My Desktop | My cases and documents | Cases

will have the status "pending".

Go to the tab

My Desktop | My cases and documents | Documents

Check that you have received the document Confirmation of entity deactivation.

Read it - highlight it and select "View document" and then the "View attachments" tab.

NOTE! You will only receive a confirmation once the handler has completed the handling of the request.

If, for some reason, the application cannot be completed by the case handler, a document entitled "Information on the need to complete deficiencies" will appear in My Desktop | My cases and documents | Cases. To read it - follow the steps below:

  • select "Preview Document",
  • select the "Preview Attachments" tab,
  • read the information.

Fill in the gaps according to the information.

The application will be considered after the deficiencies have been supplemented.

This service is only available electronically. It is used to delete company data on PUESC.

You delete company data when:

  • the company ceased to exist and was deregistered from CEIDG, KRS or the company was dissolved, which is not obliged to register in CEIDG or KRS,
  • it no longer performs activities from which the obligation to register arose,
  • was registered incorrectly, e.g. a branch was registered instead of the head office of the foreign entrepreneur.
