To update/change the representation details, please:
- Select application WPE0001 Registration update of company representation [SZPROT].
- In the "Entity represented" section, enter the IDSISC number of the company for which you want to update the association and validate the data.
- Check the checkbox which representation we are changing:
- I want to add representatives who are an individual,
- I want to add representatives who are an entity.
- In the "Representative" section, enter:
- IDSISC number, name of the representative person
and/or
- the IDSISC number of the representing entity
and exit the field with an enter or tab.
- The representation data will be downloaded to the application and can be freely modified.
- After modifying the data, the application must be generated, signed and sent.
You will do this in the fastest way as follows:
- fill in the editable version of the WRP0002 application - doc file (71 KB),
- export the completed application to a pdf/xps form (file>export>create pdf/xps document),
- sign the created file with an electronic signature (customs signature, qualified signature or trusted profile),
- send the file to: centralna.rejestracja@mf.gov.pl
The application will be processed without the need to submit the original authorisation to the customs unit.
To change the context of the company, click in the upper right corner of the screen on Select first link (next to the name), and then select the company you are looking for from the list.
To remove the representation, you need to:
- Select application WPE0001 Registration update of company representation [SZPROT].
- In the "Entity represented" section, enter the IDSISC number of the company for which you want to update the association and validate the data.
- Check the checkbox which representation we are changing:
- I want to add representatives who are an individual,
- I want to add representatives who are an entity.
- In the "Representative" section, enter:
- IDSISC number, name of the representative person
and/or
- the IDSISC number of the representing entity
and exit the field with an enter or tab.
- The representation data will be downloaded to the application and can be freely modified.
- To complete the representation, complete the general data section of the power of attorney:
- uncheck the box "Power of attorney granted indefinitely",
- fill in the end date of the power of attorney.
- Once the end of power of attorney data has been completed, the application should be generated, signed and sent.
Company data on PUESC can only be changed by a person who is associated with it and has the extended right Updating entity data.
Updating the entity's data is an extended right, which must result directly from the content of the authorization granted to the representative.
The update can be made by a customs agency employee. The condition is that this employee has the extended right Updating entity data in relation to his customs agency. The agency must also have the extended right Updating entity data in relation to the company whose data it wants to change.
In the field "legal form" you should select:
- unincorporated entity,
and in the field "details of legal form":
- civil partnership.
Enter the initial digits of the PKD code, omitting the dots, and select the correct code from the drop-down list.
If you do not yet have an IDSISC number, you can submit a correction to your application - this can be checked under My Desktop | My Data > IDSISC number, which is in the person table, next to the IDSISC number it will say: NONE.
To change the type of account requested - from extended to basic rights, and to receive an IDSISC in seconds, submit a correction to the application:
- Select form WRR0001 Registration of person data [SEAP/SZPROT].
- The open application states that your application is a correction. A correction is only possible as long as your application is in service.
- Select the button Select basic scope of rights.
- Check that all the details you have entered are correct. If you wish, you can change them. Proceed to the next tabs with the Next button.
- Finally, under the presentation of the application content, select the Send button.
- Under My Desktop | To send and drafts | Documents to send, select and send the application.
- In a few seconds, you will receive in the My Desktop | My Cases and Documents | Documents tab information about the registration and ID of the individual.
Your error should be verified and checked by the registrant. You can always use the option to submit a correction to the application.
If you have not confirmed the creation of your account within 24 hours, your account will be deleted and you will need to create it again.

To obtain an EORI number, select the area of operation CUSTOMS. Remember that an EORI number in Poland can only be obtained by a domestic company or a company from outside the European Union.
