Change of company details to PUESC
You will do this in the fastest way as follows:
- fill in the editable version of the WRP0002 application - doc file (71 KB),
- export the completed application to a pdf/xps form (file>export>create pdf/xps document),
- sign the created file with an electronic signature (customs signature, qualified signature or trusted profile),
- send the file to: centralna.rejestracja@mf.gov.pl
The application will be processed without the need to submit the original authorisation to the customs unit.
To change the context of the company, click in the upper right corner of the screen on Select first link (next to the name), and then select the company you are looking for from the list.
Company data on PUESC can only be changed by a person who is associated with it and has the extended right Updating entity data.
Updating the entity's data is an extended right, which must result directly from the content of the authorization granted to the representative.
The update can be made by a customs agency employee. The condition is that this employee has the extended right Updating entity data in relation to his customs agency. The agency must also have the extended right Updating entity data in relation to the company whose data it wants to change.
In the field "legal form" you should select:
- unincorporated entity,
and in the field "details of legal form":
- civil partnership.
Details can be found in the description of the EORI service - obtain an identification number for import and export of goods.
To obtain an EORI number, select the area of operation CUSTOMS. Remember that an EORI number in Poland can only be obtained by a domestic company or a company from outside the European Union. Other companies (registered in the territory of the European Union) must apply for an EORI number in the country of establishment.
