    go to the CSD - Central Service Desk portal (page opens in a new window)
  • e-mail: helpdesk-eclo@mf.gov.pl:
    • in the "subject" field, enter the name of the service,
    • in the content of the message, describe what is wrong or write what you want to know,
    • send a message from the e-mail address that was used to create an account on PUESC (PUESC login);
  • phone - 24/7 support (except for technical breaks between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.):

Substantive assistance in the field of WIA:

You can send your questions via the online form on the website podatki.gov.pl (the website opens in a new window) by selecting the "Contact us" button and then the "Write to us" option.

Remember! Complete all mandatory form fields. We will send confirmation of submitting the question (together with the number assigned to it) to the e-mail address provided in the form, followed by an answer.
