Associations update (company - representative)


To update/change the representation details, please:

  1. Select application WPE0001 Registration update of company representation [SZPROT].
  2. In the "Entity represented" section, enter the IDSISC number of the company for which you want to update the association and validate the data.
  3. Check the checkbox which representation we are changing:
  • I want to add representatives who are an individual,
  • I want to add representatives who are an entity.
  1. In the "Representative" section, enter:
  • IDSISC number, name of the representative person

and/or

  • the IDSISC number of the representing entity

and exit the field with an enter or tab.

  1. The representation data will be downloaded to the application and can be freely modified.
  2. After modifying the data, the application must be generated, signed and sent.

To remove the representation, you need to:

  1. Select application WPE0001 Registration update of company representation [SZPROT].
  2. In the "Entity represented" section, enter the IDSISC number of the company for which you want to update the association and validate the data.

  • I want to add representatives who are an individual,
  • I want to add representatives who are an entity.
  1. In the "Representative" section, enter:
  • IDSISC number, name of the representative person

and/or

  • the IDSISC number of the representing entity

and exit the field with an enter or tab.

  1. The representation data will be downloaded to the application and can be freely modified.
  1. To complete the representation, complete the general data section of the power of attorney:
  • uncheck the box "Power of attorney granted indefinitely",
  • fill in the end date of the power of attorney.
  1. Once the end of power of attorney data has been completed, the application should be generated, signed and sent.
