  • in the "subject" field, enter the name of the service,
  • in the content of the message, describe what is wrong or write what you want to know,
  • send a message from the e-mail address that was used to create an account on PUESC (PUESC login),
• phone - 24 hours a day (except technical break between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.):

NOTE: Telephone support is provided only in the scope of setting up an account on the PUESC portal, company registration and linking a person with the company for the purpose of using the service.
