Attention! If you have problems with transferring vehicle geolocation data to the SENT register using the e-TOLL PL mobile application, please contact Help Desk SISC:

  • via the Central Service Desk portal (page opens in a new window)
  • by e-mail, by writing to the address helpdesk-eclo@mf.gov.pl
    • in the field "subject: enter the name of the service,
    • in the content of the message, write what is wrong or what you want to know,
    • send a message from the e-mail address you used to set up an account on PUESC (PUESC login),
  • by phone - 24/7 support (excluding technical break from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) at:
    • 22 330 03 30 (calls from mobile phones)
