12.21. Prowadzę zakład krawiecki, w którym szyję głównie alby dla dzieci komunijnych. Zazwyczaj sprzedaję uszyte alby bezpośrednio osobom fizycznym ale w miejscowościach, w których te osoby mieszkają, więc muszę uszytą odzież przewieźć do danej parafii. Czy muszę wysłać zgłoszenie SENT?
Przewóz odzieży do osoby fizycznej nieprowadzącej działalności gospodarczej nie podlega systemowi SENT, przy czym – na potrzeby ewentualnej kontroli - zalecane jest posiadanie w trakcie przewozu dokumentów uprawdopodobniających dostarczanie towaru do osób fizycznych.
