KAS technical assistance in the field of registration on PUESC and obtaining the authorization called "Access to the CBAM register"

• go to the Central Service Desk (CSD) portal – only for logged in PUESC users;
• send a message to the e-mail address: helpdesk-eclo@mf.gov.pl – only for PUESC users who have logged in to CSD at least once:
  • in the "subject" field, enter "Access to the CBAM register",
  • in the message, describe what is not working properly or write what you want to know,
  • send a message from the e-mail address that was used to create an account on PUESC (PUESC login);
• call the SISC Help Desk hotline (24 hours a day, except for technical breaks between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.):

- dial extension 3, then 1.

You will receive help only in matters related to access to the CBAM register related to registration on the PUESC portal, i.e. creating an account on PUESC, registering a company and linking a person with a company and obtaining the extended authorization "Access to the CBAM register".
