    To report in the Central Service Desk portal, use the payment ID or document identifier, e.g. WPL or document system number.
  • e-mail – helpdesk-eclo@mf.gov.pl
    • in the "subject" field, enter the name of the service,
    • in the content of the message, write what is wrong or what you want to know,
    • in the content of the message, be sure to provide the payment ID or document identifier, e.g. WPL or document system number,
    • send a message from the e-mail address you used to set up an account on PUESC (PUESC login);
  • phone - 24/7 support (except technical break from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.) - only in the field of registration for the service, i.e. setting up an account on the PUESC portal, company registration and linking a person with the company:
