Accessibility declaration of the SENT DOSTAWY mobile application (iOS)
The Ministry of Finance (Ministry) undertakes to ensure the availability of the mobile application in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital availability of websites and mobile applications of public entities.

Digital accessibility status
The mobile application is partially compliant with the law of 4 April 2019 on the digital availability of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the incompatibilities or exemptions listed below:
- some graphic elements do not have a text alternative or the alternative text used is not precise,
- the application works only in portrait orientation,
- some content does not comply with contrast requirements,
- there is an empty focus element,
- the order of focus elements may be disturbed,
- labels of some elements are read in a language other than Polish,
- some elements (buttons, icons) do not have the appropriate attribute/label,
- changing the font of the operating system of the device may limit the visibility of the content - the problem of scaling some text elements,
- no possibility to enlarge the content,
- maps are excluded from the obligation to ensure accessibility.
The Ministry of Finance will seek to correct the errors and incompatibilities of the application and bring it in line with digital accessibility requirements.

- a complaint about the lack of provision of accessibility.
Handling accessibility request and complaints
You have the right to request that the mobile application or some element of it be made available. You can also request that the information be made available in alternative forms, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document or describing the content of a film without an audio description.
In the content of your request:
- provide your details,
- indicate that you are referring to the SENT DOSTAWY mobile application,
- indicate the way to contact you,
- specify the form of the information if you require it in an alternative form.
We will fulfil your request immediately and no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, we will inform you immediately when it will be possible to fulfil the request - this deadline will not be longer than 2 months. If it is not possible to provide accessibility, we will offer you an alternative means of accessing the information.
If we refuse to comply with a request to provide accessibility or alternative access to information, you will be able to lodge a complaint against such action.
