PUESC - Electronic Services Portal of the Customs Service - the portal created under the ECIP/SEAP project - ECIP (European Customs Information Portal) and SEAP (Single Electronic Access Point), one of the "e-Customs Programme" in the framework of the 7th Axis of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme.
PUESC, together with the ECIP should provide access to information in the scope of customs regulations and facilitate the bilateral safe communication with economic operators, which will foster the increase of electronic service automation.
The system is mainly addressed to entrepreneurs taking part in international exchange of goods (e.g. importers, exporters, transport companies, forwarders, customs agencies) and natural persons.
What does it offer?
The PUESC has been created in order to:
- provide customers with the uniform system for communication with the Customs Service Information System (SISC) through the allocation of the unique ID to enable an entity to gain access to its account through which it will be able to perform any formal activities in the scope of customs and allow for controlling the status of cases and settlements with the state budget;
- improve and reduce customer service costs in contacts with the Customs Service through electronic communication with the Customs Service Information System, providing the possibility of electronic submission of an application, declaration and customs declaration;
- automate key operating processes of the Customs Service, associated with the duties levied by the Customs Service, commodity trading and ensuring the security of international trade.
