The "e-Carriage" service is one of the electronic services provided by the National Revenue Administration via the Electronic Services Portal of the Tax and Customs Service (PUESC).
The Act of 9 March 2017 on the monitoring system for the road carriage of goods (Journal of Laws, No. 2332) imposes on the entities that carry the "sensitive" goods to and through the territory of the Republic of Poland, the obligation to submit a notification such carriage to the electronic register and to supplement it and update it.
The "e-Carriage" service enables the customers of the National Revenue Administration, i.e. sending entities, receiving entities, carriers and drivers, to fulfil these obligations.
This service is provided using other IT systems, e.g. ECIP/SEAP PL system.
To enable entities to use the SENT register, there is the Technical Specifications for External Systems in the Useful Links section.
